Abstract: THE SBA FORM 770 IS A REPORT OF THE DEBTOR'S INCOME AND ASSETS, REAL AND PERSONAL, WHICH IS USED TO EVALUATE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE INDIVIDUAL. THE SOLE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITIES IS T OBTAIN IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT OF AMOUNTS DUE THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OR TO ARRIVE AT A SATISFACTORY ARRANGEMENT FOR SUCH REPAYMENT IN THE FUTURE.
