Abstract: PRIOR TO THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO P.L. 93-638 AN AMERICAN INDIAN TRIBAL ORGANIZATION MUST SECURE A RESOLUTION BY THE TRIBAL GOVERNING BODY AUTHORIZING THE TRIBAL ORGANIZATION TO APPLY FOR, NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. MINIMUM ITEMS OF INFORMATION ARE SPECIFIED IN 42 CFR 36.206 AND 36.207.
