Abstract: THIS PROSPECTIVE EPIDEMIOLOGIC STUDY WILL DETERMINE THE INFLUENCES OF PHYSIOLOGICAL, BEHAVIORAL, SOCIAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL FORCES ON THE MORTALITY, MORBIDITY, AND UTILIZATION OF HEALTH SERVICES IN ELDERLY. ELIGIBLE RESPONDENTS ARE THE SURVIVING PARTICIPANTS IN THE EAST BOSTON SENIOR HEALTH PROJECT.
