Abstract: THE FORM SSA-760-F4 IS THE STANDARD FORM USED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION TO ELICIT INFORMATION USED TO DETERMINE ONE-HALF SUPPORT BY THE WORKER FOR A PARENT. ITS USE IS BEING EXPANDED TO COLLECT ONE-HALF SUPPORT INFORMATION FROM SPOUSES RECEIVING A GOVERNME PENSION TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE EXCEPTION TO THE GOVERNMENT PENSION OFFSET IS APPLICABLE.
