Abstract: TO COMPLY WITH THE PRE-TESTING REQUIREMENTS OF OMB BULLETIN 81-16, OIPA AND THE WOMEN'S BUREAU WILL CONDUCT A DIRECT-MAIL SURVEY OF A RANDOMLY SELECTED GROUP OF SUBSCRIBERS TO A WOMAN'S GUIDE TO HER JOB RIGHTS.
