Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY TAX COUNSELING FOR THE ELDERLY INSTRUCTROS AT THE END OF THE TRAINING TO EVALUATE TRAINING MATERIALS. FOR THIS PROGRAM YEAR, THE INSTRUCTOR GUIDE WHICH CONTAINS THIS FORM HAS BEEN CONSOLIDATED WITH PUBLICATION 1155 (VIT INSTRUCTOR GUIDE) AND HAS BECOME PUB. 1155, VOLUME 2. BECAUSE OF CONSOLIDATION OF COURSE MATERIALS, THIS EVALUATION WILL BE CRITICAL IN DEVELOPING FUTURE MATERIALS.
