Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY APPLICANTS FOR CONTINUATION AWARDS UNDER TITLE VI OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT AS AMENDED. THE ACT AUTHORIZES THE AWARD OF GRANTS TO STATE AND LOCAL EDUCATIONAL AGENCIES INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND NON-PROFIT PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS THAT MEET THE CONDITIONS OF THE ACT AND GOVERNING REGULATIONS.
