THE NATIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME
CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT, 42 U.S.C. 5400 ET. SEQ.,
AUTHORIZES HUD TO PROMULGATE AND ENFORCE REPORTING STANDARDS FOR
THE PRODUCTION OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING. HUD PROPOSES TO AMEND THE
REGULATION WHICH ESTABLISHES THE METHOD OF CALCULATING AND
COLLECTING MONITORING INSPECTION FEES FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING
UNITS.
