Abstract: THE PERIODICAL ESTIMATE FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT AND RELATED SCHEDULES IS PREPARED MONTHLY BY A BUILDING CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTING A CONVENTIONALLY BID PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH THE AMOUNT DUE FROM A PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY FOR WORK COMPLETED DURING THE CURRENT MONTH. ONLY THE PHA, THE CONTRACTOR AND HUD ARE AFFECTED.
