Abstract: CAB FORM 41, FILED BY CERTIFICATED AIR CARRIERS PURUSNAT TO PART 241 OF THE BOARD'S ECONOMIC REGULATIONS, PROVIDE BASIC FINANCIAL AND TRAFFIC DATA WHICH ARE USED EXTENSIVELY BY THE BOARD'S BUREAUS AND OFFICES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THEIR ONGOING PROGRAMS UNDER THE FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, AS AMENDED BY THE AIRLINE DEREGULATION ACT OF 1978.
