Abstract: SECTION 74.833(B)(C) AND (D) REQUIRES THAT THE LICENSEE MUST MAKE INFORMAL REQUEST TO FCC FOR OPERATION OF LOW POWER AUXILIARY AND FOR OPERATION A REQUEST TO FCC FOR OPERATION OF A TEMPORARY NATURE. THIS REQUEST IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 1.65 OF FCC RULES AND WILL NOT CAUSE INTERFERENCE TO OTHER FACILITIES.
