Abstract: NEED TO KEEP ABREAST OF THE LONG-TERM EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR AMERICAN PARTICIPANT LECTURERS AFTER THEY RETURN FROM OVERSEAS TOURS. EXPERIENCE INDICATES THAT FORMER GRANTEES INITIATE CONTINUING PRIVATE CULTURAL EXCHANGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUES IN COUNTRIES VISITED. THIS VALUABLE INFORMATION GOES UNRECORDED, HOWEVER, IT ILLUSTRATES THE MULTIPLIER ASPECT OF U.S. CULTURAL EXCHANGES. THE INFO. WILL BE UTILIZED FOR PROGRAM EVALUATION.
