Abstract: BORROWERS REQUESTS FOR CHANGES IN LOAN TERMS, TEC., MUST BE JUSTIFIED. THIS REQUIREMENT ESTABLISHES A FAIRLY STANDARD BASIS FOR JUSTIFICATION SO THAT RELATIVELY UNIFORM TREATMENT OF CITIZENS RESULTS. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED OF BUSINESS BORROWERS AS A PRUDENT CONTROL MEASURE. IT IS STANDARD PRACTICE FOR ALL TERM LENDERS, PRIVAT AND FEDERAL, WHICH FITS IN WITH BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS IN THAT THE SAME INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR REPORTING TO IRS AND THE TRADE.
