(SBIR) PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SEE MONEY FOR ADVANCING
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN SMALL BUSINESSES. ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS
OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ARE INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE. THIS SURVEY IS PART OF AN EFFORT TO DETERMINE HOW
SMALL, HIGH TECH/RESEARCH BUSINESSES CAN BE BETTER SERVED IN THEIR
INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE NEEDS.
