Abstract: THE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE IS A SPECIAL LICENSING PROCEDURE FACILITATING THE EXPORT OF COMMODITIES FOR U.S. INTERNATIONAL MARKETING PROGRAMS. USED TO DETERMINE THE RELIABILITY OF BOTH THE U.S. EXPORTER AND COSIGNEES IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM, THE PROCEDURE ALSO DEMONSTRATES THAT THE EXPORTER WILL MEET OEA'S COMPLIAN STANDARDS.
