Abstract: HEALTH PLANNING AND RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT OF 1979 PROVIDES GRANTS FOR SHPDAS. APPLICATION AND REPORTING SYSTEM WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION NEEDED TO DESIGNATE AND MAKE GRANT AWARD TO APPLICANT BASE ON STATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM WHICH IS A DESCRIPTION OF APPLICANT'S ORGANIZATION/STAFF AND HOW IT WILL PERFORM STATURORILY MANDATED FUNCTIONS. INFORMATION IS USED TO FULFILL SECTION 1535(B) REQUIREMENT TO ENSURE AGENCY COMPLIANCE IN TERMS OF STRUCTURE.
