Abstract: BECAUSE OF WILDLIFE OVERKILLING ON THE RESERVATION, THERE WILL NOT BE ENOUGH SURVIVING ANIMALS FOR NORMAL RECOVERY. THE CODE ESTABLISHES A CONTROLLED HUNTING PROGRAM THAT WILL PROTECT AND INCREASE THE WILDLIFE ON THE RESERVATION. AFFECTED PERSONS WILL BE THE AUTHORIZED HUNTERS O THE RESERVATION.
