Abstract: TO COMPLY WITH THE PRE-TESTING REQUIREMENT OF OMB BULLETIN 81-16, OIPA AND THE PRESIDENT'S COMMITEE ON EMPLOYMENT OF THE HANDICAPPED WILL CONDUCT A DIRECT-MAIL SURVEY OF A RANDOMLY SELECTED GROUP OF SUBSCRIBE TO DISABLED USA.
