Abstract: THE EP-411 PROVIDES THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY WITH A SINGLE, COMPREHENSIVE SOURCE OF INFORMATION ON CURRENT AND PLANNED ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY FOR THE U.S. THE DATA ARE USED TO EVALUATE THE CURRENT AND PROJECTED RELIABILITY OF BULK ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY, AND THE EFFECTS OF UNFORESEEN CHANGES IN POWERPLANT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES.
