Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED TO VERIFY ATTENDANCE IN AN AUTHORIZED TRAINING PROGRAM WHERE BENEFITS WERE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO ENTERING THE PROGRAM. IT IS ALSO USED TO REPORT TERMINATION OF ANY PROGRAM WITH THE SPECIFIC INFORMATION REQUIRED TO ADJUST BENEFIT PAYMENTS AS APPROPRIATE FOR THE PARTICULAR VA BENEFIT PROGRAM, AUTHORITY IS 38 CFR 3.667.
