Abstract: DATA IS GATHERED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO AID IN CONTROLLING POTENTIA INTERFERENCE TO RADIO COMMUNICATIONS. DATA IS USED BY THE FIELD OPERATIONS BUREAU FOR INVESTIGATING COMPLAINTS REGARDING HARMFUL INTERFERENCE. RESPONDENTS ARE TECHNICALLY COMPETENT ENGINEERING PERSONNEL, USUALLY HIRED BY THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER. PROOF OF QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ENGINEER MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED.
