Abstract: SECTIONS 5(A) AND 7(F)(I) OF THE U.S. GRAIN STANDARDS ACT AND SECTIONS 203(H) AND 205(A) OF THE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING ACT OF 1946 MANDATE THAT, UPON REQUEST OF OTHER BRANCHES OF THE GOVERNMENT, STATE AGENCIES OR PRIVATE INTEREST, USDA SHALL INSPECT, CERTIFY AND IDENTIFY THE CLAS QUALITY, QUANTITY AND CONDITION OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS SHIPPED OR RECEIVED IN INTERSTATE & FOREIGN COMMERCE. ALSO THAT USDA MAY ENTER SUCH CONTRACTS OR AGREEMENTS TO PROVIDE DESIGNATED INSPECTORS/SAMPLERS
