Abstract: AIR FORCE MEDICAL SERVICE CORPS, CONSUMER HEALTH EDUCATION DIVISION, HAS A NEED TO COLLECT DATA FROM USERS OF AIR FORCE MEDICAL FACILITIES IN THE CONUS AND OVERSEAS. DATA FROM THIS SURVEY WILL ALLOW MEDICAL FACILITIES TO TAILOR HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR CLIENTS.
