Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF FORM SSA-3637 IS NEEDED TO PROPERL ADMINISTER AND MONITOR THE AID FOR FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN PROGRAM BY PROVIDING INFORMATION ON A QUARTERLY BASIS ON RECIPIENTS. THIS DATA IS USED BY CONGRESS, FEDERAL AGENCIES AND OTHERS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF STATE WELFARE AGENCIES.
