Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL PROVIDE POLICY MAKERS WITH BASIC STATISTICS AND ISSUE ORIENTED DATA ON PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY BEING COLLECTED BY NCES. THE RESPONDENTS WILL BE PUBLIC SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS.
