Abstract: THE FILING OF REFUND REPORTS IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE NGPA. THE CORRECT REFUNDING OF AMOUNTS WHICH WERE OVERCHARGED RESULTING FROM ADJUSTMENTS TO THE CALCULATION OF THE ENRGY CONTENT OF NATURAL GAS MEASURED IN BTU'S UNDER THE NGPA IS MANDATED BY THIS RULE.
