Abstract: THE INFORMATION TO BE SOLICITED VIA THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED BY THE PROJECT MANAGER TO DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE SYSTEM FOR OPERATIONAL USE AND TO GAUGE THE DEGREE OF USER ACCEPTANCE. ADDITIONALLY, RESULTS OF THE DATA GATHERED AND SUBSEQUENT ANALYSIS WILL BE UTILIZED FOR SYSTEM DESIGN IMPROVEMENTS.
