Abstract: A NATIONAL SURVEY OF DRIVERS REGARDING LOW-SPEED, UNREPORTED ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE FRONT OR REAR BUMPER SYSTEMS OF THEIR CARS. THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE THE FREQUENCY OF CAR DAMAGE IN UNREPORTE LOW-SPEED COLLISIONS AND THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE WHEN IT OCCURS.
