Abstract: THE AMENDMENTS PROPOSED IN THE RULEMAKING THAT ACCOMPANIES THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION WILL REQUIRE APPLICANTS FOR TITLE XI ASSISTANCE TO COMPUTE THE INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN FOR THEIR PROPOSED PROJECTS AND REQUIRE THEM TO SEMI-ANNUALLY SUBMIT, WITH THEIR PROPOSED PROJECTS AND REQUIRE THEM TO TO SEMI-ANNUALLY SUBMIT, WITH THEIR FINANCIAL REPORT A LETTER CONFIRMING PAYMENT OF CERTAIN PAYMENT OF CERTAIN INSURANCE PREMIUMS.
