A REVISED SF-424 REFLECTING THE REVISED INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATION POLICY OF E.O. 12372 RATHER THAN THE RECENDED OMB CIRCULAR A-95 SHOULD BE USED. 2) PERFORMANCE REPORTS ARE REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 75 DAYS AFTER THE YEAR. A-102 PERMITS GRANTEES UP TO 90 DAYS AFTER THE YEAR. 3) CONTRACT AND SUBCONTRACT DATA AN MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE REPORTING ARE REQUIRE IN THE PROPOSED RULE, BUT ARE NOT AUTHORIZED BY OMB CIRCULAR A-102 ATTACHMENT 0. 4) THE ACTIVITY SUMMARY FORM COMBINES FINANCIAL AND PERFOMANCE REPORTING CONTRARY TO POLICY REFLECTED IN CIRCULAR A-102. STATUS OF FUND FORM, PART I AND II, REQUIRE MORE FINANCIAL DETAIL THAN CIRCULAR A-102'S REQUIRED FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT, SF-269.

THE LAW SPECIFICALLY REQUIRES THE SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL STATEMENT, HOUSING ASSISTANCE PLAN AND ANNUAL REPORT. THE RECORDS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE SECRETARY TO MAKE HIS ANNUAL STATUTORY REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE AND COMPLIANCE.
