Abstract: THE NEW HORIZONS FAIR HOUSING ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGY FORM IS USED TO ASSIST COMMUNITIES IN PLANNING A COMPREHENSIVE, COST EFFECTIVE MECHANISM TO CORRECT OR IMPROVE THE LOCAL FAIR HOUSING ENVIRONMENT. THIS STRATEGY AND ASSESSMENT WILL PROVIDE THE DIRECTION AND INITIATIVE THE LOCALITY WILL UNDERTAKE TO FURTHER TITLE VIII, 1968 CRA. AS AMENDED.
