Abstract: THIS FORM IS REQUIRED OF ALL APPLICANTS DESIRING TO PARTICIPATE IN HUD'S INSURED HOUSING PROGRAMS AND THE SECTION 8 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAMS. HUD USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSESS THE ADEQUACY OF THE APPLICANT'S PROPOSED ACTIONS TO CARRY OUT T AFHM REQUIREMENTS SPCIFIED IN 24 CFR PART 200 SUBPART M, AND TO REVIEW COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS UNDER 24 CFR PART 108, THE AFHM COMPLIANCE REGULATIONS.
