Abstract: THE REGULATION IS NECESSART TO ADMINISTER THE NATIONAL COAL WORKERS AUTOPSY PROGRAM. FORM CDC/NIOSH 2.6 IS NEEDED TO FULFILL THE LEGAL REQUIREMENT THAT WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE NEXT OF KIN TO PERFORM AN AUTOPSY ON A COAL MINER.
