Abstract: THIS NPRM WILL: REDUCE THE MISREPORTING OF STUDENT APPLICATION DATA, AND HELP ENSURE PROPER TITLE IV AWARDS ARE MADE. INSTITUTIONS OF HIGH EDUCATION ARE THE RECORDKEEPERS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION. IT IS PART OF THE AGENCY'S OVERALL QUALITY CONTROL EFFORT, AND SPECIFIES THE SELECTI OF APPLICANTS, ITEMS TO BE VERIFIED, AND ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTATION.
