Abstract: THIS FORM IS FILED ANNUALLY BY EVERY ELECTRIC UTILITY IN THE UNITED STATES AND PUERTO RICO. THE DATA WILL MAINTAIN AND UPDATE THE ELECTRIC UTILITY FRAME DATA BASE WHICH SUPPORTS QUERIES FROM THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH, CONGRESS, OTHER PUBLIC AGENCIES, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
