Abstract: UNDER THE ASHAB, THE EPA PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF THE ASBESTOS THREAT IN SCHOOLS TO THE HEALTH OF SCHOOL CHILDREN AND EMPLOYEES. THE EPA IS REQUIRED TO DEVELOP AN APPLICATION FORM WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE ENACTMENT OF THE BILL AND TO DISTRIBUTE IT PROMPTLY TO THE LEA'S.
