Abstract: MANUFACTURERS (EXCEPT SMALL MANUFACTURERS) OF A REPORTABLE SUBSTANCE WILL REPORT CURRENT PRODUCTION VOLUME AND PLANT SITE DATA. AFTER THE REPORTING, REPORTING WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED BIENNIALLY WHEN THERE ARE MAJOR CHANGES IN PRODUCTION AND SITE. EPA WILL USE THE DATA TO SUPPOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TSCA.
