Abstract: THE ANNUAL REPORT SUBMITTED BY THE APPROVED CERTIFYING ORGANIZATIONS (ACO'S) TO HUD COVERING THE YEAR ENDING AUGUST 1 SHALL PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS APPLYING FOR CERTIFICATION, THE NUMBER ACTUALLY CERTIFIED, THE NUMBER REFUSED CERTIFICATION AND FOR WHAT REASONS, AN EVALUATION OF HOW ALL ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM ARE WORKING AND ANY PROGRAM ADJUSTMENTS PLANNED.
