GIVEN THE FACT THAT THE EMERGENCY VETERANS JOB TRAINING ACT WILL
EXPIRE SHORTLY, THERE IS NO NEED TO CONDUCT COMPLIANCE REVIEWS ON
EMPLOYERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM. MOST EMPLOYER-PARTICIPANTS
IN THE PROGRAM HAVE EITHER COMPLETED THEIR PARTICIPATION OR ARE
CLOSE TO COMPLETION. VA COMPLIANCE EFFORTS SHOULD BE DIRECTED AT
OTHER PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS TO ENHANCE PRACTICAL UTILITY OF THIS
PROGRAM. FINALLY, THE FORM PROPOSED FOR USE HAS LITTLE RELEVANCE TO
THE JOB TRAINING PROGRAM.
