THE APPLICATION WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE NRC AND EXECUTIVE BRANCH. IF APPLICABLE STATUTORY, REGULATORY, AND POLICY CONSIDERATIONS ARE SATISFIED, THE NRC WILL ISSUE A LICENSE AUTHORIZING THE EXPORT.
