Abstract: THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOW-UP PROCEDURE AND COMPILED ON SBA FORM 104A WILL BE USED BY SBA TO DETERMINE THE STATUS OF THE CONTRACT AND IF THE CONTRACTOR NEEDS ANY SBA ASSISTANCE. FAILURE TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION WOULD RESULT IN AN INCREASED NUMBER OF DELINQUENT AND TERMINATED CONTRACTS, JEOPARDIZE THE EXISTENCE OF A NUMBER OF SMALL BUSINESSES AND THE LOSS OF A VERY EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR THE COC PROGRAM.
