Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TVA'S CONSUMER OUTREACH PROGRAM. INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM CONSUMERS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A WORKSHOP OR SOLAR INFORMATION SERVICES (SIS) PRESENTATION TO DETERMINE WHAT ACTIONS THEY HAVE TAKEN AND THEIR ATTITUDES TOWARD THE PROGRAM.
