Abstract: TVA-DEVELOPED FERTILIZERS ARE USED BY COOPERATING FERTILIZER DISTRIBUTORS UNDER CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS CONDUCTED BY DISTRIBUTORS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF TVA TO LOWER THE COST OF FERTILIZER TO THE FARMER. INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS AND PROVIDE EVALUATION AND DIRECTION OF TVA PROGRAMS.
