Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-632 IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN OVERPAID PERSON HAS THE ABILITY TO MAKE REPAYMENT OR WHETHER WAIVER OF THE OVERPAYMENT MAY BE AUTHORIZED. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE OVERPAID BENEFITS. EXPENSES, DEBTS, ACCUMULATED ASSETS, AND ANY EXPECTED INHERITANCES MUST BE EVALUATED.
