Abstract: THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT TIMBER CONTRACT PURCHASERS RETURNING TIMBER CONTRACTS UNDER P.L. 98-478. INFORMATION PROVIDED IS: NAME OF APPLICANT, DATE OF SIGNING APPLICATION, NAMES/NUMBERS OF CONTRACTS FOR BUY-OUT AND, IF APPLICABLE, A NET BOOK WORTH STATEMENT. BLM WILL USE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER APPLICANT'S TIMBER CONTRACTS QUALIFY FOR BUYOUT UNDER P.L. 98-478.
