THE REVISED STANDARDS REQUIRE OWNERS
OF NEW ELECTRIC ARC FURNACES IN STEEL MILLS TO MAKE REPORTS TO THE
ADMINISTRATOR AND TO KEEP RECORDS. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE
THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BES DEMONSTRATED CONTROL
TECHNOLOGY IS INSTALLED, AND PROPERLY OPERATED AN
MAINTAINED.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
