Abstract: EPA REQUIRES ANYONE SEEKING TO OBTAIN REGISTRANT-SUBMITTED HEALTH AND SAFETY DATA FROM THE AGENCY TO AFFIRM THAT THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH A FOREIGN OR MULTINATIONAL PESTICIDE PRODUCER. EPA USES THIS INFORMATION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 10(G) OF THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE AND RODENTICIDE ACT.
