Abstract: PURPOSE OF PART 382 IS TO ENSURE THAT HANDICAPPED PEOPLE RECEIVE ADEQUATE AIR TRANSPORTATION SERVIE, WITHOUT UNJUST DISCRIMINATION BASED ON HANDICAP, AND TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 504 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973 WHICH IS DESIGNED TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAP IN ANY PROGRAM RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
