Abstract: EACH FDIC-INSURED BANK WITH COMBINED FULLY INSURED BROKERED DEPOSITS AND FULLY INSURED DEPOSITS PLACED DIRECTLY BY DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS EXCESS OF LEVELS SPECIFIED IN 12 CFR 304.4 MUST REPORT HOLDINGS OF SUC DEPOSITS TO THE FDIC FOR EVERY MONTH IN WHICH SUCH EXCESS EXISTS TO ENABLE THE FDIC TO MONITOR THE MISUSE OF SUCH DEPOSITS.
