Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 430 MANDATES THAT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL OPERATE A MARKETING QUOTA PROGRAM FOR TOBACCO. INFORMATION COLLECTIONS CITED IN THIS REQUEST ARE USED TO ASSURE THAT PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING MET. ALL SEGMENTS OF THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY ARE AFFECTED.
